Our brief for this client was to create extra living space for their growing family. With the addition of a two-storey extension, we have done just that.

Externally, the extension was designed to be in keeping with the existing property. This was achieved by combining handmade clay roof tiles, an open eaves detail, tiled windowsills and rendered external walls.

Internally, we have added two new bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, a new utility room and an enlarged open plan kitchen and family living area.

To complete this project, the garden was landscaped with sleeper retaining walls and a porcelain tiled patio.

The things we love about this project are the open plan kitchen, the engineered oak flooring and the large picture window out to the garden.
