The goal for this project was to create an accessible ground floor for our clients, whilst incorporating modern and low maintenance materials.

At the beginning of the project, we demolished the existing garage and conservatory to make room for a new wrap around extension.

We removed the external walls of the property and installed structural steel to create the new open plan kitchen and living area. 

The newly formed structure gave room for a ground floor wet room, a utility room and an enlarged kitchen and living area. Six metre wide bifold doors lead out to the garden, making the new area perfect for entertaining.

A modern kitchen with Neff appliances and a quartz work surface gives the low maintenance area our clients wanted.

Other things we love in this project are the white K rend exterior, the electric Velux roof windows and blinds, the underfloor heating and the Amtico flooring.
