Extensions, loft conversion and internal refurbishment

This three-bedroom house had been outgrown by the five family members that occupy it. It had a small kitchen, one bathroom which was on the ground floor and a large wooden extension that was taking up valuable garden space.

We were able to make the house bigger whilst giving the family back an extra part of their garden.

We demolished the old extension, constructed a new extension that was part single storey and part double storey and converted the loft.

This house now has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and a separate utility room, perfect for a family of five.
