Based in Sussex, Zeta Construction undertake construction projects in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and South London.

Founded in 2013 our goal is to deliver the finest enhanced and new build properties to all of our clients, on time, on specification and on budget.

Our belief has always been that to achieve the best results you must use the best tradesmen. Throughout the years we have built our network of sub-contractors, whilst also adding full-time staff. Our team is carefully selected enabling them to undertake a variety of construction projects.

An approach based on details, be that during the tender process or during the build process, is the driving force behind Zeta Construction. This detail orientated approach means that we keep our clients’ projects on budget and on schedule, whilst finishing them to the highest standard.

 

  • Matthew Miller | Director

    Matt started his career in construction over 20 years ago, working as an apprentice for a kitchen and bathroom installation company. He attended college to become a City and Guilds qualified plasterer and started his own plastering company at the age of 21. Having worked on residential building projects managed by other builders, Matt realised his passion was for larger scale construction.

    With a wealth of knowledge built up over his entire working life, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen, and no project is above his skill set. He is a great believer in using modern methods and machinery to improve the efficiency of the construction process and to create a safe working environment.

    Matt’s role at Zeta is to meet with clients and tender for new work, build relationships with suppliers and to ensure that all projects Zeta completes are built to his exacting standards.
