Rear extension, internal refurbishment, and new front porch

This detached property needed extra space for the clients’ growing young family. We made use of an existing garage to create a downstairs shower room and snug. We also added two single storey extensions to the rear of the property to create a separate dining area and a study.

New aluminium full height fixed windows and bifold doors allow light to enter the dining area.

Designer column radiators in an antique brass finish were installed, as well as a walnut engineered wood floor.

The final result is a functional family space with a timeless clean look.
