Luxury House Extension in Horsham, West Sussex

This is phase one of a two phase project in Horsham, West Sussex. Phase one included a two-storey rear extension with a pitched roof, a single storey rear extension with a flat roof and the landscaping of the rear garden.

The computer-generated images we had prepared for the client prior to starting on site helped them to visualise how the property would look using the materials the architect had specified. A simple palette of materials comprising of Anthracite windows, gutters and copings, brilliant white silicone render and slatted composite cladding give the house a clean, modern façade.

Internally, the property has been completely re-wired and had had a new boiler installed, complete with wet underfloor heating. A beautiful, engineered herringbone floor has been expertly laid, with a new kitchen diner, utility room, living room and WC completing the ground floor.

Upstairs, the master suite has doubled in size, whilst two new ensuite bathrooms and a new family bathroom have also been installed.

With phase two due to start in Spring 2027, we can’t wait to get back to this project and complete the front elevation.
